1. Service Description

Trayago provides users with intelligent travel planning helpers, routing recommendations, and live status predictions for Indian Railways. The core feature includes finding split-journey options when direct trains are unavailable or fully booked. Trayago is a route discovery and planning helper platform, not a ticketing agent or booking operator.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate search parameters and check transit rules yourself before travel.
• Not abuse search endpoints or attempt automated scraping of PNR status databases.
• Keep any registered login credentials secure and confidential.

3. Beta Program Disclaimer

Trayago is currently operating in a Public Beta launch phase. You acknowledge that the services, search options, and interface are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Outages, temporary query limits, or prediction modifications may occur without prior notice as we calibrate and scale the platform.

4. AI Recommendation Disclaimer

Our split-journey and PNR status prediction algorithms operate on historical datasets, trend analysis, and live telemetry. These predictions represent statistical probability estimates and **do not** guarantee absolute travel certainty, platform numbers, ticket confirmations, or train arrival times. Users must exercise their own judgment when purchasing split tickets.

5. IRCTC / Third Party Disclaimer

Trayago is **not** affiliated with, authorized by, partnered with, or endorsed by the Indian Railways, IRCTC, or any government agency. When booking a train route recommended by Trayago, users are redirected to the official IRCTC booking portal. We hold no responsibility or liability for ticket transactions, payments, booking failures, or cancelation refunds processed via IRCTC.

6. Subscription Terms

Optional upgrades to Blitz PRO provide elevated limits for searches and PNR tracking. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly cycle. Cancelations can be processed through the profile settings tab, and subscribers will maintain access until the end of the current billing cycle. All charges are securely processed via third-party gateways.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Trayago, its developers, or its partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from missed trains, delay costs, prediction inaccuracies, or transactions conducted on third-party websites. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts, block IP addresses, or restrict access to Trayago features if users violate responsibilities, engage in abuse, or interfere with backend server stability.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Trayago platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.
